Application:
MRD RK series helical geared motors are widely used for automotive industry, beer and beverage industry, light industry, reboticized storage equipments, timber chemical industry,and man-made board machinery, tobacco machinery, food, metallurgy, building materials industry, pulp&paper, port and environment technology, etc.

Characteristics:

1. Adopt optimized design--- mudular combination, small in size
2. Inline output shaft
3. High efficiency, up to 97% with large output torque (up to 18000N.m) and starts steady
4. The gears are durable with long service life
5. Forward and reverse operation function
6. Combined with various motors
7. The gearbox can be combined with mechnical variable speed driver and as a stepless variable motor
8. Matched with variable frequency drive to control speed and outputtorque

Key Points of Selection:
It must be chear that the service factor f_B(See the table below), output speed and motor power when selecting MRD drive RK series helical geared motor. The service factor f_B shows the application and working condition for the working machine. If you want the gears of the speed reducer be durable, the actual service factor of the working machine f_BL should lower than f_B,that is f_BL < f_B.f_B: The maxium service factor of the geared motor
