Description: Helical Bevel gear units are widely used in the driving units of belt conveyor, apron coneyor, bucket elevator, underslung conveyor, screw conveyor, roller conveyor, vibrating conveyor, etc.The gear units are specially designed according to bucket elevator's structure and transmission characteristics. The gearbox combines auxiliary drive and is compact. The main and auxiliary drives can be automatic switched through electronic control, which do not need extra manual operation and is convenient for fitting and adjusting by customers.The auxiliary drive not only can be used when machine in maintemane or repair by users, but also meet low speed transmission with load.The main gear unit equipped with backstop can prevent reversing when machine not running or in malfunction. Adopting modular design reduces stock of components, and makes fast delivery of products. Bucket Elevator gear units are 3-stage transmission, ratio range:20-90. We can also specially design and provide the gear units with bigger ratio according to users' requirements. The gear units can be foot-mounted and shaft mounted.
Features: 1) Maintenance drive:
The motor o the auxiliary drive is dimensioned in such a way that the bucket elevator can be operated with empty buckets at low speed in the same direction of rotation.
2) Operation under load
The motor of the auxiliary drive is dimensioned in such a way that the bucket elevator can be operated with full buckets at low speed in the same direction of rotation.
3) Design of auxiliary drives
The auxiliary drive is a bevel-helical gearbmotor type KF,which is flanged to the main gear unit by means of an intermediat flange and is coupled to the main gear unit via an overrunning clutch,The overrunning clutch is located in the intermediate flange,and lubricated with its own oil or grease.The bevel-helical gearmotor type KF has an own oil filling and is supplied filled with oil.
