The sun gear, planetary gear, ring gear and spiral bevel gear are hardened with carburizing and quenching processes to have hard-wearing surfaces. Then they go through tooth grinding after the heat treatment. Thus, the planetary gear motor runs quietly, efficiently and has longer service life.
